The coaching journey
- We first meet in an informal and free 30 minute intro session to get to know each other, talk about your objectives and my coaching approach.
- If we agree that working together feels like a great idea, we move on to the discovery session. It creates clarity on objectives, mutual expectations and defines how to work effectively.
- Subsequent sessions are 30 to 60 minutes, every other week or weekly.
- We kick off the first sessions with a definition and assessment of your core values, strengths, your leader within, your saboteur voices and life purpose. These concepts will serve as the north star for decisions you take.
- During the coaching sessions, you continuously explore new perspectives, ideas and options regarding your opportunity or challenge at hand.
- Each session ends with clear actions, challenges and agreements to follow up on in between sessions.
- Rates start at €240 incl VAT for a 60-min session. I offer individual packages based on your coaching objectives.
